The plan was loose at best. An unexpected approach, when heading to one of the places that are mentioned on many a bucket list.
Bring your running gear, camera and camping setup. Expectations generally assume that we know what we’re doing, shooting these types of projects is quite a specific skillset after all.
I knew the mileage was going to be high and the days long, there wasn’t much room for any alternative. Roll with it.
Nick had sent me a gps location to meet at our basecamp for the week, he would find me there later.
Simple enough, I tapped Yosemite into Google Maps and off I went, driving South from Lake Tahoe, California.
