We headed out from a farm located off the N7 in the Western Cape, South Africa. Three days of dirt riding took us North-east through the Gifberg mountain range to Niewoudtville via the Oorlogskloof reserve. Finally we completed the loop along the Rooibos heritage route through the Northern Cederberg mountains.

Mild dehydration along with an angry farmer in his camouflage painted Hilux bakkie, meant it was time to quit the bush mechanics and move swiftly along to our next stop. Sadly we didn't have much of a tow rope available!
